Well, let me just say they are generally desirable and they are uncommon. Issue being, they don’t show up much so it’s tough to value them.

edit: need to know more - condition, with box, finish? I mean, I’d give you $500 but that’s how much I saw them for years ago!

I had one awhile back, grouped great at 50 yards, wish I still had it. I sold it when I was hurting for money for $200. Never should have done it, about a year after that asked the guy I sold it to if he would sell it back to me for what I sold it to him for. He said no way. Anyways a great shooter. GLWS

Last time (2018) I saw one pop up on an auction site (gunsamerica, gunauction, gunbroker) it sold for $700, condition was NIB.

How is the feed reliability on these things? Can you alternate from .357 to .38 Special without any adjustments?

I like the concept, but I have read that pump rifles in general don't feed as well as levers, or as well as pump shotguns, and that this is why the original Colt Lightening was discontinued, and why lever actions dominated in rifles.

Like to hear from you guys that own them / used to own them.

...for selling mine, not to mention passing on a .44 version for sale at my Texas skeet range for $350. Only 1000 .44's made it into the U.S.

I sold my .357 version a couple years ago for $500. I fed it some .357 cases with DEWC's and it ate them up. Like any other IMI product, I had no issues whatsoever.

The primary US distributor was in Sacramento. They went out of business years ago.
