    URSA 2000 Yard June Match

    Shooters
Archery deer season doesn't start until the second weekend of July so we are good to go for a June match in NorCal above UpperLake.
It will be the 3rd Sunday of June and after that we will close down so the deer hunters can hunt in peace.

Customer and friend Doug was kind enough to reload some rounds for me so I'll be attending. Also, will do some testing this week to hopefully make things quieter on the line!

For those new to URSA NorCal events...

Date - Sunday, June 21st (yes, Father's Day)

Location – Clear Lake area (same as prior)

Setup will be done late Saturday or early Sunday morning by our NorCal crew. Target(s) will be in place at minimum 2000 yards. IRIS hit-indicators will be in place and be the sole control for official hits and misses.

If you want to shoot this event, you need to sign up, ONLINE (see below), worst case, no later than Wednesday the 17th by or before 6 PM. The Match Director will decide how many shooters need to be signed up to move forward with this event. Unless the event is formally cancelled (as announced on this and other posting sites), assume it is going forward.

The URSA Official Course of Fire is at FAQ 13, near the bottom of this page on the URSA website - https://www.unlimitedrange.org/operations.html All shooter should review the course of fire prior to arriving at the venue. Substantial additional data regarding URSA shoots are included on the same web page.

Sign-Ups: URSA uses the online program, Zoho Forms, to capture Liability Release and Build Sheet sign up data, and spectator/other Liability Release sing up data. Please use the appropriate link at the top of the Activity/Event Schedule page to sign up for this and future events (http://www.unlimitedrange.org/activi...0schedule.html). If you have any problem with the online form, please e-mail me ASAP (webmaster@unlimitedrange.org). BTW, the form asks for limited “address” (only city, state, and ZIP). We do NOT need your street address.

The event will be held on Father's Day the 21st so there isn't any confusion.
I will have him change the dates on the other forums.

                      Matt
Paul the owner of accurate shooter wanted me to be the long-range moderator when he first started out as 6mmBR.com and i declined.
He gave the title to my good friend Henry Child's who quickly resigned and it then went to Jason Baney.

I think elr researcher wrote articles for that website for a period of time.

Finished up this rifle for a new shooter that will be competing this Sunday. .338 LM Imp built on a BGM (Defiance) action and Manners stock. 31 1/2" Bartlein barrel and should be a contender. 17lbs 6oz without optics. See you guys out there and Happy Father's day

I will be attending this Sunday. Just filled out the forms on URSA website. I will also be bringing my BGM 338 LMAI rifle. I have been a spectator several times but this will be my first time shooting. I'm very excited!!!

                              Thanks Shaun,

Its a BGM custom. Im thinking of calling it the BGM ELR. The ports are set at a V angle to reduce muzzle rise and the end has a 11 deg target crown.
