I know at one point it was proposed to limit long gun purchases to one in 30 days as well just like handguns (not FTF).

Has that law passed or can one still buy multiple long guns in a 30 day period?

Starting 07-01-2021, the 1 in 30 day wait will apply to handguns and semi-auto centerfire rifles.

The 1 in 30 day wait does not apply to manaully operated centerfire rifles, single-shot centerfire rifles, rimfire rifles, and shotguns.

No changes to the exemptions to the 1 in 30 day wait.
^Person with a valid C&R 03-FFL and valid COE will still be exempt from the 1 in 30 day wait.
