I'm intrigued by the Sig Cross (bolt) rifle, but I feel like their first gen products are flawed only to be fixed in later generations so I won't be picking up one when they come out.
I don't hunt, but I am interested in a compact lightweight chassis rifle (6.5 lbs) in 6.5 creedmoor with 18-20" barrel, for around $1500.
I'm sure I could build one, but are there any rifles that fit this description? I think the Fix is close, but that only has a 16" barrel and costs $3k.
