I have an 1894 made in 1894, and I have shot modern ammo through it. If your rifle is in good condition, you should not have a problem .

Hello, I have an older model 94 30-30 from 1940’s,
should i be worried when using modern ammo such as some from underwood or hornady thats loaded hotter than ammo of the 40’s?

ALL factory produced 30-30 ammo should be loaded to the industry standards for pressure.
Changes in powder are what are giving more velocity from the same pressure.
So just because the velocities are higher, do not assume the pressures are higher.

The pressure levels for 30-30 were determined from OLD guns.

I have a Marlin 1893 in .30-30 made around 1910-1915 that I shoot with no problems. If it is in good shape enjoy it.

Same for 45-70; the pressures are kept to original spec. Otherwise it would blow up the old guns. 45-70 has a lot of potential to reload much heavier loads in modern guns. You'll find that in reloading manuals - a section for old trap-doors, and a section for modern rifles.
