We are holding our monthly match above UpperLake on the 3rd Sunday in November.
Match starts at sunrise so get there as early as possible.
All legal firearms are welcome and there are no fees and no pit duty just show up sign the waiver and shoot.
Everyone is welcome and we are a much nicer bunch in person than on the internet!!!!
We start at 2054 yards so bring at least 60 rounds.
We always try to get two matches in if possible and so far almost everyone has gotten a hit at 2054 yards.
We use a hit indicator on the gong to determined me hits.

Where is the shooting location?

8 miles north of UpperLake.
On hwy 20 when you get to UpperLake there is a roundabout in the middle of the hey right before the chevron station.
You keep going straight about 1/4 mile past the roundabout and turn left onto Mendenhall road. You take Mendenhall road until it ends at elk mountain road and take it for approximately a mile.
You will see Pitney Lane on your right so turn right and follow it for half a mile. It is a dead end road and the only road off of it is the forest service road that goes up the mountain.
Once on top of the mountain you stay left for about 3 miles and you will spot us on the main road.

Canceled shoot

Should be setting up about now. I was really looking forward the the match. Question, how many shooters are necessary to hold a match?

Ken with myself included we need 5 shooters in total so nobody thinks we are pulling a fast one.
We had 4 shooters is all yourself Wnick308 myself and focus.
Great weather today as well.
