    Pump action AK Romanian Varient

My questions centers around an acquaintance who has a pump action AK Romanian produced rifle. Apparently, they made these in both .223 and 7.62 x39 caliber and were sold in states like California. They have an 18 inch barrel with part of the 18 inches being a welded on tube so it would pass the length rule, if that is in fact revalent.

Her rifle also has a heavy wire, Romanian produced, stock. Of course, it is shootable when folded. Cool looking rifle except for the fact that it's pump-action. She did tell me that it came with a wooden stock and that she had added the folder later.

    My question is:
Is it now a SBR in that configuration if less than 30 inches? (Or 26 inches)

Manually operated rifles need to be longer than 26" in their shortest fireable configuration.
Semi-auto rifles need to be longer than 30" in their shortest fireable configuration.
