Yes that's it in the red circle.
Look at the three pictures.
One shows the top of a Jewell trigger sitting in a towel. Notice it has a ramp on the top lever.
One shows a BAT bolt cocking piece that is kind of blurry. Notice it has a rub line on the cocking piece plus it has a matching ramp that mates up with the cocking piece.
In the other picture I put the trigger against the cocking piece.
When you pull the trigger shoe that top lever swings down in the back and the cocking piece rides over it. If there isn't enough clearance it will drag as it goes forward.
The lines you see on the side of that cocking piece are from the side plates of the trigger dragging on it.
Benchrest Shooters will put Delrin buttons on the bolt shroud so it can't tilt while others leave them as is.

My camera on my phone got broken during deer season when I fell on it so everything comes out blurry.
You can't fix the problem on your own so don't try it. That top lever is extremely hard from heat treating.
In the morning I will see if the camera on the front of the phone is clearer.

This is what they sent me. The tech on the phone clearly thought this is the issue
