I should have clarified, I am trying to decide if I want to buy a bipod or just use my front rest for prone and bench shooting.

Wow, you sure choose an interesting setup if your only planing on using a rest.

I know, not a rest friendly set up. I know I need a bipod, just don't shoot well with them.

Looks like all it needs now is a trigger finger. Spend more time shooting and less time "perfecting" your setup.

I have 3 Harris bipods but am not a bipod user for the most part.
Focus,Hoffer,Whitemamba and Skkeeter all use them alot more than myself so maybe they will respond.

I have a few Harris bipods & a SEB JoyPod. Of the two, I prefer the stability & adjustability of the JoyPod.

Not a great pic but, gives you an idea.
