You have a burr somewhere. Clean out the magwell real good.
Or if you ever had a blown primer. There is a tiny piece stuck somewhere.
Air hose would clear that out after clean.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Take a crayon or sharpie pen and color the projectile, then rack a round in and out. Inspect everything to see what has crayon/pen marks on it.

Bullet and case diameter are different and both items are being scratched while round is chambering. Burr on feed ramp or lip of magazine body?

              It's not a problem.
It's simply what happens when ammo feeds from magazines.
You should see how bad most autoloaders treat ammo during feeding.
If this really concerns you, you should probably single feed your precious cartridges into the chamber as magazine feeding does not seem to be to your liking.

              I have a truck.
When I go offroad, I get dirt on my tires.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Too funny! The more I drive it the more I have to stop at the gas station!

If those are your reloads check the bottoms of your dies for burrs.

I agree that those scratches are not critical on the brass, but when I spend a dollar or so per case to get premium quality brass, I would want to find out why this is happening. I like the crayon suggestion. Once you find the issue use some Flitz metal polish and a soft buffer very carefully on a dremel. My Sendero, REM. 700 does not do this nor do any of my other bolt guns.

The lead is the softest and therefore shows the biggest dent.
Look for the brass marks in the gun's feed path and polish them with 600 grit sandpaper wrapped around your finger.
As they get smoother, the sizes of the scratches imparted on the cases will get smaller.

This also happens naturally as the gun gets used.
