Tikka t3x Tac A1 - problem fixed (plus pics for fun)

I recently purchased a Tac A1 in 6.5 creedmoor. Before that, I did a bunch of research; I read about every article ever written, watched every youtube video related to the tac a1, and spoke with a lot of people.

Problem: When collapsing the swinging butt stock, the metal holding the recoil pad would touch the metal on the chassis, causing a mar or a nick in the finish on both parts.

Solved: It seems Tikka recognized the issue from the youtube and forum complaints, and they have fixed the arm so that when it swings and locks into place, it is completely unable to touch the chassis, and thus cannot cause any damage unto itself.

I just thought I would share this since I haven't seen any news regarding the problem with the folding stock.

    Pics for fun:

Firearms are only weapons if they are used as weapons; they are tools in all other situations.
Please help our community look better by using the most correct terminology. It sounds bad when you call your paper/clay-shooter a weapon. California is already bad enough. Help to increase awareness and erase ignorance.
