    I COLLECT

Manual Actions. Model 70's, Model 700's, and Custom Mauser bolts. Lever Actions. 1892, 94, and 1895's. Anything that makes the gun just a little different from the herd. Same thing in handguns, but that's a different story...
    Am I confused??

Just for the 'H' of it I took a count of the calibers I have and came up with 14 and probably missed a couple... One center fire and one rim would be so lonely...

Yeah, I remember those days... I only had a custom Mauser 264WinMag and it was stolen. I spent over 20 years trying to find it listed for sale on the web, in auctions, on store shelves, but nada.. During that time I ran across some very good buys and that's what started it.. I never gave up looking though. Then I ran across one that could have been it's twin..almost.. Close but no cigar.. I bought it anyway and some of the itch was scratched... Here's a couple of pics of the one that started it all... and the one that came close. Both are 264's. The first was taken back in '73, over 55 years ago... just above Susanville up on the Devils Garden.

Is that 14 cartridges or 14 calibers? I am trying to grasp how many rifles in all.

Your math doesn't seem right. And you don't know cartridges from calibers?
