Having a lack of tools and then complaining about it on the internet means revoking your man card.

Go to Harbor Freight you can buy a complete set of allen tools in SAE and Metric for under $20.

Go buy a set of PB Swiss or Bondhus. Seems kind of odd you can survive nearly 5k posts on a gun forum without hex wrenches.

I assume you have standard allen wrenches. Are you asking because they are not long enough?

T-handles are nice, but you can usually take the long end and get it to connect. The short end can be reinserted into the allen wrench carrier and used for leverage or even a box wrench can be inserted over the short end..

Or are you asking is a 30.06 big enough or if a 7mag will work? LOL

I have plenty of tools just happen to have never needed a hex. I called CS btw 3 mins later Cindy had the answer for me. 3/16 hex.. oh and no the allen's weren't long enough I could get em in but not turn em so /shrug,

Went to Wally's got a 10 buck set of drivers that include everything under the sun. Not sure if they locktight that sh*t or what but I kid you not I had to fkin SAW OFF the MAID grip lol once I was able to get an allen on it she came loose but for f*cks sake. Maybe she's mistaken and it wasn't a hex. Was able to tighten with some blue locktite and the allen so thankfully I didn't strip the snot outta it.

The Hogue feels a lot better seems I ran out of accessories for it so she's ready to shoot now. Only thing I don't have is the angle indicator don't think I'll need it but can always add later I guess.

Turned into one of those man vs machine I will succeed or FK*** break this PoS things LOFL.

Sadly I have NOT gotten out to the range yet. She's all set up to go. I had the Smith do the important stuff like lapping rings, mounting, bore siting, truing. Only thing I don't have on her is the cosign deal which I don't think I will need. Bubble to make sure rifles level is a bit hard to see but should be ok. Was kinda bummed PRS stock made eye relief unusable though :<(.

I was going to go out to SVSC but there 300 yard range is closed on my days off :<(. As a side note not tool savy I didn't realize a hex and an allen were the same thing LOL unless I' am again mistaken. They must torque those bolts to 500 PSI lol.

Go to Mcmaster and buy a GOOD set of inch and metric allen wrenches for around $16.
