I've got the 500 from them and absolutely love it. Might even be my favorite one. I don't think you'd have any regrets if you decide to go BHA

I don't own a 454 Rossi but I do like the way they setup that gun. It can be loaded by the loading gate or through the mag tube. I wish they offered that with all or some of there 92s

Yep. It's worth buying the Rossi in .454 just for that feature. I have no idea why all lever guns aren't built that way. They should be.

Yeah I don't get it. I really want one in SS but those seem rare as hens teeth.

You'll find one, hec! Last year there was a Rossi model 92 .480 Ruger for sale on GB. They only made 100 of those and the winning bid wasn't as bad as one would think.
