Manners t4 or mcrees G7 for savage

Picking up my Savage 12fv in 6.5 creedmore soon. Have a brand new Mcrees g7 folder en-route as well. Got an offer to trade the G7 for used manners t4 with proper inlet and dbm. What would you do?
Building this rifle as an introduction to long range shooting, as i finally found some time to go shoot.
Anything that i should look out for with this used stock, if this route is choosen?

Its been my experience that with a Savage the McRees chassis feeds better. I also really like the folder option and the vast choice of rear stock options the McRees allows. Manners are very nice but in your case I would pass on the trade.

I'd go with the Manners; it's bad enough that the wait time for one makes you almost change your mind on a build if you order one.

Love the hook too.
