I've recently decided to pop my Remy short action onto a McRees G5 chassis that I got here in the marketplace.
Since the chassis uses the AI pattern mags, it's time to do a little mag shopping. Before I start hunting down AICS pattern Ruger mags or AI mags, I thought I'd see if anyone out here as opinions as to the McRee AI pattern steel mags.
These are the only three I'd consider running... and though I'm not going to fully cheap out, a half-dozen AI mags is one the spendy side.
Anyone have good/bad experiences with the McRees in 308?
