My new addition, my first Bolt Action Rifle Remington 700 300 WM MDT TAC21 Chassis. Just got it out today from my FFL. Just testing the optic, soon to be replaced by SIG Tango 6 5x30x56, love this rifle smooth bolt action, fit and finish are excellent, lil on heavy side, about 12.5 lbs without the optics and acc. but loving it so far. Got to start reloading some 300WM.

I"m sure they make SA for it too since it's by Remington?

Thanks, I got the whole Remy 700 Tac chassis at Grabagun for 2195.00, they do have a chassis for SA's

I think its for 308, not sure for 6.5 creeds

I like that chassis better than the one in OP. It doesn't have the top rail over the barrel, which isn't needed. It's not an AR, there's no gas block or gas tube to protect. Nobody is going to mount a flashlight on it. Without the top rail you can mount the scope much lower, as shown in the pics. Plus it doesn't weigh as much.

Thank you, need to shoot this thing and zero the scope. I most likely change the Scope mount into a better mount, it will do for now.

Did it come with that magpul stock? Does the bolt come close to hitting the cheek riser?

Yes, it comes with PRS stock and no the bolt not even close to hitting my face or the cheek riser
