    My Remington 5r project

In May (you may remember my post) I bought one of the Rem 700 5r that turners had on sale. I finally completed the project.
I really didnt like the angel of the HS precision Stock that came with the rifle so I started looking at chassis for it. I liked the look of the Masterpiece Arms BA Stock and a guy at the range had one. I liked the feel and then started looking for them.
Amazingly enough I found it on sale at turners for $739 which was cheaper than I found online even with tax that took it up to $798.
So after selling some ammo here on Calguns (Thanks Calguns) I picked up the chassis yesterday and put everything together today.
    My build sheet is as follows;
    Remington 700 5r

    Remington 5r rifle $915.85 Turners
    rebate (Remington) $(150.00)
    Bubble Level $8.95 Amazon
GG&G Harris Bipod Mount $27.96 Amazon
    KRG Bolt Handle $39.97 Amazon
    Vortex Flip Caps $38.00 Amazon
    Warne Scope Mounts $47.59 Amazon
    Timney 510 Trigger $112.00 Midway
Leupold Steel MK4 Scope Rail 15MOA $41.84 Midway
    MPA BA Chassis $797.33 Turners
    Vortex Viper HS-T 6x-24 Scope $575.99 Cabelas
    Total $2,455.48
Let me know what you think? I feel like I did a pretty good job putting this thing together on a decent budget

You could've had 165 "rare" Hi-Points for that kind of money.

    Just joking,

that is one sweet setup you have.

How does it shoot / quick range report?

Looks great! Did you get the folding or non folding stock? Is that the FDE or sniper green color?

Non folding. Couldnt see a need for the folder. The color is the burnt bronze. A little darker than magpul fde as you can see with the grip which is a magpul miad i replaced the standard a2 grip it comes with.
