Howa 6.5 CM Magazine COAL

Hello, first post here. Been lurking for awhile.

Looking into a Howa Barreled action in 6.5 CM and was wondering
if anyone knows the max COAL in the ATI magazine that comes with
the DBM kit. Also, max COAL on the internal box magazine.

Not sure on your answer, but how reliable is ATI? Their other products don't exactly have the best reputation.

Not sure, never had one. They are shipped as standard on the Howa rifles
from Legacy Sports. The reviews of the Howa factory rifles on line don't indicate
feeding issues on the detachable mags. Would be interested in any feedback.

I have a 1500 with the Knoxx/Axiom stock and the detachable mag kit in .308. No feed issue with either 5 or 10 rd mags.

Inside the mag is 2.845

My Howa .308 came with a Hogue stock, not an ATI.

Bought a 5rd magazine. It is 2.84 inches. Realistically no room
past Hornady ELD-M 140gr Match which is COAL 2.8

So mag length cartridges 1.820"if/when you feed from mag, for all other single load shooting seat bullet .010" less then touching land for optimum accuracy.
