    300 win mag MK248 Mod 1 Load

This load used by Seals and Other US snipers uses to my knowledge:
220 gr Sierra Matchking HPBTM bullet
Seated in a standard case of standard length to 3.45 to 3.5" COL.
    Uses Match magnum rifle primers
    AND
    H1000 powder

Does anyone have any info on the load data for the powder weight of this cartridge?

Old thread from 2013 had some ammo for sale and I was curious if any of those who used it and had it took the effort to disassemble a cartridge to obtain the weight of the powder used

    Thanks

I have 240 rounds arriving at the end of the week that goes with my XM2010. From my understanding, they transitioned back to Mod 0 because of similar effectiveness and the Mod 1 being hot.

What difference does the charge weight matter if you are loading them yourself?
Just work up a load that your gun likes using those components.

77.0 grains of H1000 or as close to 2850 FPS as you can come.

I recommend Reloder 26 instead of H1000. You can achieve the same velocity and higher with less pressure. I've recreated both mod 0 and 1 with this powder and performs really well. In fact, this powder also performs great with the Berger target 230gr @ 2800fps.
