Can someone ID this rifle?

What are all those super cool materials supposed to do, make it lighter? It weighs 3.6lb. But the Whiskey 3 comes it at 3.8lb (non-folder) and 4.1 for the folding model. The X-Ray is just 3.1lbs. Doesn't seem worth it to me. Then again, it does look cool.

Carbon dissipates heat much faster than steal. Think carbon brake pads/discs for formula 1 cars. It is also more rigid. I'd love to see a super slow motion of the rifle being shot. I'm curious on the barrel harmonics.

actually the opposite im told. i havent popped for a proof barrel yet.
