Is it legal to have a semi with a muzzle device that can accepts 51t? Or do i have to remove it? Thanks.

Then is it just a flash hider and is as legal as any flash hider in California.
It is not an NFA item.
The oil filter adapter is a no go, but many cans will fit onto threads alone or a variety of flash hiders/ muzzle devicesRule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
