Savage 11 Scout, anybody own one?

Who has one and what do you think about it? Tried searching and all I came up with was a few post about the actual rifle, then a bunch of pages of hate/love for Jeff Cooper.

Any lefty own one or have shot one?

Purpose for this rifle will be for fun and maybe some hunting in the future.

I can't speak to the 11, but I have a 10. Not sure of the underlying differences, but the outward ones are obvious.
Different front sight, additional swivel stud, cheek riser, muzzle brake(?) and box mag.

I like mine for what it is, a simple straight forward bolt action that can be used for different situations. I'm not into hunting, but it will do in a pinch.

Like all that I have, one of my favorites.

I like simple and straight forward. I like that it has iron sights and will probably stick with that, at least for awhile.
