Suggestions for rifle smith

Took a break from precision shooting
Tried to rebuild my 700 for the longest time but kept pushing it off

Finally decided to set a time in January
So anyone know good rifle smiths in the SoCal area that can change barrel and true actions?

Pretty much a complete build

If you have to time and are in So Cal, go with Randall. If not, I have a 07 FFL so people can ship their rifles to my shop to get work done. Only downside for people visiting my shop, is it's located on the extreme north end of the state.
