Scope mount question

I got a Remington 700 Long Range 300WM, which comes with a catmint heavy barrel. I'm putting a Zeiss HD5 Conquest 5-25X50 for sights and plan on using a Nightforce Rem 700 20MOA Long Action Direct Mount, but the direct mount comes in three different heights.

Will the 1" Medium allow the scope to fit snug on the rifle?
