    Opinions on Win 1892 value

Win 1892, 20", .357, unfired, manufactured within past 5 yrs. No marks on it, no box. Likely going to sell it, not my thing.

    Thanks

Hopefully it was made in Japan. $1000
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

I bought 1 from a calgunner about 2 years ago for $750.00 and it was used but in great shape. I think he said he put about 250 rounds through it. It was a good deal. I'm sure between $900 - $1000 is about right.

Really? My guess was 550-600. Will have to check where it was made.

        Thanks for the info.

You can find NIB Winchester 1892 .357 Magnum on the Gunbroker for $850-1000. Without box, $650-750 would be fair.
