    Marlin 1894 .357 Magnum Stainless

Was just looking at the Marlin website and came across this: http://www.marlinfirearms.com/Firear...re/1894CSS.asp

It looks like Marlin lever guns in .357 are back.

There is also the traditional blued 1894C in .357.

No they are not. Remlin only makes Model 1894 in .44 Magnum and .32 H&R. All other pages are just left over from good old times.

Sorry about that. The "Copyright 2016" at the bottom of the catalog page caused me some confusion. According to one source, they were discontinued. Probably time to consider an alternative.

There are a lot of people waiting for the 1894 in .357, apparently they forgot how to manufacture a reliable gun in that caliber

For some reason I have no problem justifying a rifle like this for $699, but when I see an AR-15 for that price, I'm like, "Meh..."

This is on my short list to accompany my brass grip frame Ruger 44 mag Super Blackhawk.

Back when the West was still wild, a lever-action rifle in the saddle and a revolver on the hip was the loadout of choice for putting meat on the table, surviving the night, and serving up frontier justice to put outlaws behind bars. Though the West was tamed and fenced long ago, its spirit lives on with the H6 Big Boy Rifle & Carbine. Don’t let the vintage aesthetics fool you, though. These pistol-caliber lever guns are built to meet the expectations of today’s outdoorsmen and shooters. At the heart of the H6 Big Boy is Henry’s legendary polished brass receiver, a defining feature that gives the rifle its unmistakable character. Available in a suite of traditional pistol calibers to pair naturally with your favorite six-shooter, these classic cartridges see meaningful performance gains when fired from a rifle or carbine-length barrel, making the H6 a versatile tool for protecting what’s yours, working around the property, or putting meat in the…
