What grain??

The 155's beat the 190's in the wind when both are driven the fastest they accurately can be in a 308.
Moving to the 30-06 or a magnum makes the 190 a better choice as you can now get some real speed out of it.

The thing I started to sense from his data is that he preferred moving heavies a bit slower over moving light bullets screaming. It's an interesting method as the loads becomes a bit less extreme and apparently more resilient.

An old M14 shooter told me a week ago to shoot 155's to get more velocity from the m14 in order to go 1000yds.I have a few ,just need to add a little more powder than what I shot 175s(43gr Varget) with Sun.

My M1A loves the 155 grain SMK, never shot it at long range though.
