    KIMBER SVT in .223

As a follow up to my previous thread inquiring about 223/5.56 scout rifles, how does the Kimber SVT compare to the Steyr Scout and the Mossberg MVP-LC?

I've never shot any of them, I've only heard poor reviews about kimbers from people who I personally know and are good shooters. I hear a lot of good news about them on the internet but I don't know anyone IRL who likes them.

Well there is one guy but the only kimber he likes is his cat named kimber and he named the cat that because it was a PITA and was really picky about it's food.
weg: That device is obsolete now. They replaced it with wizards.
frank: Wait a minute. There are more than one wizard? Is [are?] the wizard calibrated?

      Well, it looks like...

...the SVT is a different type of rifle, with a different focus, than the scout.

Instead of asking about comparisons between unrelated types of rifles, it might be faster for you to list the criteria that you are looking for in a rifle, and how you intend to use it, and go from there.
