I just talked to the owner of the company that built the rifle. There isn't an official build invoice. The original owner was active duty special forces and the rifle was a no charge no invoice build.

The rifle is a stiller predator action, timney trigger, hart 1/10 barrel, SureFire break (silencer compatible), accuracy international stock.

Interesting story behind the build with email from the builder to back the story.

DV, class A is shooting dot drills at 100 yards. 2" sighted dots down to 3/4- 1/2" dots. Certainly a challenge. The other classes go out further. Think it's out to 600 yds.
