7mm wby barrel on ebay

Every now and again I come across a 7mm wby barrel on ebay. Any thoughts on quality of these and cost to rebarrel a mark V Alaskan currently in 340.

If the barrel fits your action the cost would be the price of the barrel and $30-$40 to pull the old barrel and screw the new barrel on.
I am saying that based on a factory take off barrel.
If the barrel is off a different rifle you will need to have a competent gunsmith confirm the headspace is okay.
If it isn't then things start getting pricey.
