ditto on the Howa. Or the Weatherby Vanguard made by Howa is probably one of the best rifles for the money IMHO. Good triggers, smooth actions, and very accurate. I have an old Howa varminter that will shoot quarter sized groups all day lon with the .223 vmax factory fiocchi, and I have a Weatherby Vanguard Sporter in .243 that is just as accurate with 55 grain federal nosler bt. The Vanguard also shoots the barnes tripple shook 85 grain and Federal blue box 80 and 100 grain all about an inch, burt that might be me....hahaComment
