Okay - I have the latest from Sweden!

They have allocated production time to this and have promised to ship to us, by air, by the end of June this year. That means we should positively have them within the next 5 months. If they show up earlier I will post it, but worst case would be end of June.

This is probably the firmest I have heard from them regarding delivery of this brass. Thanks, for the patience.

When this stuff finally gets here you guys shooting 6.5 Creedmoor and 308 Winchesters will need new barrels. This was after he talked to Norma at the Shot Show.

I have faith that Shiraz will get it done.

Last time I spoke to him (Oct) I asked about dimensions, he couldn't confirm neck-wall thickness (trying to get the same as Blue Box 6BR) but OAL was to be 1.553". This will give a slightly longer neck than FF'd blow-lengths.

Hopefully the PRS crowd don't all see the light and switch out their 6Creedmoors and 6.5 variants... I'm in for 500 cases

Bob for those that don't mind fireforming we have good Lapua brass in 6BR and for those who like longer necks we can use the Lapua 308 case.
For those who need more volume we can search for URBR cases with the small primer and a relief all around the flashhole.
This new brass if it ever gets here and I have faith in Shiraz will be a real deal changer for varmint hunters and other shooters looking for extreme accuracy with an out of the box case.
I hope the double stamping of the casehead means atleast 10 firings on the primer pockets.

Seems like there's a lot of pent-up demand for this stuff.

A lot of shooters don't like the extra work involved in making good brass.
The F-Class guys and Precision Rifle guys don't seem to like wildcats and a lot of Precision shooters use factory ammo.
Once this brass gets here I think a lot of reloaders will jump on it that reload but not for wildcat cartridges.
When standard 6 BR brass is in short supply you can make Dasher brass out of other cases but most don't have both the small primer pocket and the small flashhole.

No idea but expect atleast $1 a case.

If it is anything like the 284 Winchester that Norma made for Shiraz, the necks will be thicker than Lapua, which possibly means neck turning for most reamers.

I wonder if there is a print on what Norma is manufacturing to as far as length, thickness, etc.
