This Sunday the Tri-Counties gun club has a 1,000 yard match at Cuyama and the CPRC guys have a Tactical match at Angeles. Go shoot or if you're not ready to shoot, go watch.

Unfortunately I have to work cattle this weekend to pay for my hunting rights on a local ranch so I won't be shooting either match but I will be doing some informal shooting fire forming brass for the Ackley Improved 22.250 and shooting my 375 H&H to get ready for my trip to Africa in April.

Since I just reached the 20,000 post count and I'm always telling people to get off the computer and get some trigger time, I'm going to take my own advice and sign out of Calguns for awhile.

I wanted to go shooting today. I have a new Springfield that's only had 3 mags through. I want to run some HP ammo through it and also the new RIA GI, but Its just too cold for me..

OKay, I lied. I want to stay home, drink beer and watch football, and save my ammo.
