heck no, I have limited room as it is... a scope on one side and bipod on the other would practically take the space of two rifles

most of my bipods are Picatinny mount qd... but even the Harris is removed while being stored.

If I had no QD bipods, I suppose I'd leave at least one rifle with a Harris attached.

seeing how I only have one and that I swap out to different rifles for different caliber/competitions, I remove mine

They're removed from the rifles as soon as I'm done shoot in at the bench right before they are placed in the case.

2 rifles. 2 bipods. If your spending $$$ on rifles why cheap out over not getting a bipod for each.

Because not everyone has the gun budget that you might have. I also move the bipod between rifles as needed. Gives me more $$ for either ammo, components, or something else I might have more of a need for at the moment.

Only a little short one on a varmint rifle used shooting prone or off a portable bench.
Longer ones for big game rifles ---NO. They take up too much room. I do not always hunt with them and they are in the way on a bench. Also unlike ....vintagearms...I have 20 plus rifles for hunting and am not going to buy Harris Bi-Pods for each one. Not being cheap. Just not being stupid wasteful with my money.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

                              13 rifles with 2 (maybe 3) more on the way... 6 bipods (3 are QD)... I don't need 15 or 16 bipods
