Looking for a professional Marlin gunsmith

Looking for recommendations for a competent Marlin gunsmith somewhere in or near the Central Valley with model 1894C experience.
I have a NIB .357 1894C made in 1981 never fired outside the factory and my objective is to have the snail cam on the lever radius ground to hopefully eliminate any future possibly of the dreaded "Marlin Jamb".
Another thought would be to mail the lever and carrier assembly out to a recommended gunsmith anywhere in the USA. Again, a new rifle, not a used rifle that needs repairs. Suggestions/recommendations?
    Thanks.

Wild West Guns in Las Vegas does lots of Marlin lever action work. They would be where I,would start.
RIP Louis Awerbuck. I miss you and your training.

Jim Hoag at Hoag Gun Works in Canoga Park did an excellent job on my 1895. As soon as I told him what it was, he knew what the issue was and told me he could fix it. He does great work, and he is a really nice guy. Worth a trip. He also specializes in 1911s if you need one worked on. http://www.yelp.com/biz/hoag-gun-works-canoga-park
