Hey all,
Hopefully this is in the right place. If so, admins, feel free to move it to the appropriate folder. I am restoring my girlfriends grandfathers Arisaka T-99 which had been sporterized like so many bring-backs. I bought a beautiful original stock and it fits like a gem, however, I cannot put the front barrel band back on. The front sight wings prevent it from being placed on when I rotate the band upside down. Anyone else have this problem? If so, any solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
