Lucas bore guide in a DTA

I just started the dros on my new DTA SRS-A1 today and I'm preparing for some range time.

I was curious if any DTA owners here use the Lucas bore guide on this plateform?

The DTA boreguide is really simple and works, but is pricey for what it is and does the absolute minimum stabilizing the rod. I tried a lot of different bore guides (not Lucas however) on mine, but they seem better suited to non-bullpups. So I ended up designing my own.

Thanks Brando....I've also heard the DTA boreguide is not ideal.
For simplicity, I was also looking at the Sinclair Magnum boreguide for only $19.

What materials did you use to design your own?

Delrin.

The problem is that there's a LONG distance your bore guide needs to travel before it gets to the bore unlike a standard guide and for that reason most commercial boreguides just aren't long enough or are too bulky to fit the platform.

Delrin looks very similar to the polymer used for the Sinclair boreguide.
