    freedom munitions 223

Curious if anyone has shot 223 from freedom munitions. How is the precision?

I normally shoot Perfecta from WalMart for plinking and it shoots sub-moa.

They go bang. I'm my experience, not very accurate.

In my experience they work. Not to tiny specs. But to hit center mass on a silhouette at 100y it works well.

I love Freedom Munitions for my 223. I don't do any precision shooting with it though, so I can't really say about that. But at 100 yards, I make relatively tight groups with just a red dot and magnifier. IMO its gtg.

I've had good luck with the freedom vmax 55 grain with it shooting moa (better than me). The fmj is priced well but seemed to have quite a bit of variation between rounds. My ar loves the fmj.

Meh...not sure if they screwed up my order but the ammo they sent me seamed like their "Blaster" ammo...lots of dented up cases and seam to eject to the 1-2 O'clock position, while all other factory ammo would eject 3-5 O'clock. Seamed to be light loaded and inconsistent. I'm passing on purchasing more or their stuff, at least their 223 stuff.

As a note, I purchased their stuff when they first came on this site; not sure if they were going through a learning curve.
