    Isn't Yellowboy 22LR and Big Boy 38/44?
(I am looking at them and Marlins now.) Both eject out the side so can be scoped.

Henry makes Golden Boy and Big Boy. (Tube loading)
Uberti makes Yellowboy (side plate loading)

"Yellow Boy" is the nickname given to Winchester's first rifle, the Model 1866. The Model 1866 differed from the Henry Model 1860 with the introduction of the loading gate in the receiver and the addition of a wood fore stock. As stated above Uberti makes a replica of the Model 1866

The modern Henry Repeating Arms 22LR rifle is called the Golden Boy

I stand corrected. I was looking at a lot of fine lever actions today. Thx.

Lever guns are serious fun, and give a kind of value added thing that has to do with feeling like you have a bit of history in your hands. The Uberti rifles are about as close as you can come to an original, so that whole history thing is enhanced. The original brass receiver rifles stood at a crossroads of history between the henry and the 73, which in and of itself makes for fascinating study.

Yellow Boys were what the Indians used at the Little Big Horn. At least the ones that had repeating rifles.

(How many of you peeps had to look up Little Big Horn?)

I don't have a Yellow Boy but I do own several Ubertis, including a Winchester Model 1873 in 45 colt. IMO Uberti makes fine firearms.
