Yes. It's alcohol-based probably, so that shouldn't be a problem. And it takes a lot of sustained freezing to affect a barrel, as far as I'm aware (not a metallurgist).

Your main problem is that it probably didn't clean the bore at all.

If you want to clean the bore use a patch and solvent of foaming bore cleaner.

I used a patch and it had some lint residue. Hence why I thought using compressed air might work.

If some means just a little, you're fine. Prolonged exposure would be needed to cause an issue.

Lint adds to accuracy.
Leave it in the barrel.

Get some higher quality cotton patches and you won't have to worry about the lint. I found some at my local range that don't fall apart and leave lint everywhere but they're unmarked so I can't help you there. It took me years to find patches that don't disintegrate upon being touched lol, but they do exist.
