I know place in Valencia. If you bring only one lower, it will be costly. If you can find more people, then it can be done at fair price and any weekend.

Mk18-ish upper with DD 10.3" barrel and DD Lite 9" handguard.

New built with favorite logo etched by CO2 laser. Just removed color without disturbing hard anodizing.
