    Polished Glock G30 pics inside...

Wanted something a little different and loved my friends nickel plated 1911. So I figured why not polish the glock. I looked up info on the web and was going to do it myself but wanted a real polished chrome look, not the matte dull one. So I sent it out. It came out great! I picks up all my oily prints now, lol.

You can see my ugly fingerprints all over this one.

Oh no I sent it out. No way I could do work like that. I was nerve racking sending out the slide and barrel in the mail plus trusting the postal service.

Looks good. Who did it for you? How much was it and how long was the turn around?

Looks good on the metal parts...too bad they use plastic on the rest.

It cost me $125 and I used glockpolishing.com, it would have been $10 less if I didn't include sight install and removal. In all it took about 9 days. I'm very pleased with the work and I'm going to get my G19 done now. Under natural light it looks amazing, but under the fluorescent lamp, you can see slight buffing swirls. But that's ok with me.

The most nerve racking part is sending your slide and barrel through the mail, cause if they lose it, your SOL. I just made sure that I insured the package for the full value.

I like it. What's good about that job is you can always send it out for hard-chrome or some other coating if you get tired of it.
I've seen some good polish jobs on Glocks.
