Just got my Sig custom works FCU out of jail yesterday, had all the extras waiting and immediately swapped it over.

2.5 Deltapoint Pro, M18 upper, wilson combat carry grip, Wilson extended mag release as well as Wilson extended slide release and got the Wilson tungsten weight rods. Surefire X300U-B along with Safariland ALS.

Also, because reliable information on this topic is scarce-

Wilson combat carry II for a p320 WILL NOT WORK WITH A SUREFIRE X300U (A or B) i have both versions.
Wilson combat carry WILL work with
x300u-B without leaving any wiggle/slop
X300u-A will mount, but it will wiggle forward and aft regardless of what plate you use.

The combination of Wilson combat carry grip, surefire x300U-B with a sig M18 slide and Deltapoint WILL work together in a Safariland P320 ALS holster with zero issues.

ALSO for those of you interested in using the wilson frames with wilson tungsten weights, im not sure which is out of spec but I ordered both directly from Wilson, the tungsten rods are too narrow for the wilson frames they are made for, I was able to wrap them with a small amount of scotch tape and get them to seat properly.
