Current production SP-01 Phantom.



With so many parts commonality with the steel SP-01, is it possible to convert the decocker into a manual safety? I know I have asked this before, but I keep wanting to hear a different answer LOL.

The DA pull seems long but not intolerably heavy, but the only other decocker CZ I have is a P-09. I better call schmeky to reserve a spot on his work list.

The SA trigger pull seems crisper and lighter than the standard factory SP-01's I have owned. Maybe the factory has better manufacturing techniques now?

I want to want a phantom but can't see any particular reason to get one. I love the SP-01 but I don't even think I'd choose a Phantom to carry over the SP-01. A true first world problem.

SP-01 will do the trick. Nice gun. Ordered mine from Ammo Bros. and only took 12 months to get it

Yes, I think a P-10C, P-07 or a P-09 would fit the bill nicely, but back in the waning days of SSE when I wanted one, Phantoms were impossible to find. Then came the news that CZ had discontinued production on Phantom... I thought I had missed my chance completely.

Agree with you, it's really a first world problem. Glad I don't live in Venezuela, though I hear the coffee is awesome.

I think this is what I'll end up doing. S2 to CZC and SP-01 Tac to CGW.

Just got my SP01 back from CGW. Nothing too fancy.. Pro package, upgraded sights, barrel bushing.
