Took these to show a member on here but thought I'd make a thread while I'm at it. These were quick shots with my phone while there was day light. Was too lazy to get the dslr plus I don't want my parents to know I own this yet hahah so it was in my room(I'm getting too old to say this). Some information about it: This is assembled or whatever by Cimmaron, it is a gun by Uberti. This is chambered in .38 special/colt with a 5 1/2" standard blued barrel, item # CA908.

Just thought I'd bring the Open Top into the spot light as a lot of people go with the 'Peacemaker'. I haven't been able to disassemble it because the wedge is in there tight so I want to buy a small wooden dowel and/or a rubber mallet. Unloading the snap caps I bought for it can be a bit tricky since you have to line the cylinder up with the extractor rod before it 'clicks'. This thing was oiled up all over! It has nice heft to it, points well and just feels "right". I can't wait to shoot it! Now all I need is money so I can feed her.
