well this isnt a demo video of me showing off myself bending over in differnt angles to show how well it conceals haha but its an old video i have that will show you how well a full sized P30Longslide conceals with a crossbreed supertuck with my undershirt tucked over the gun.

if you wear your clothing right with a crossbreed... i must say it is THE most comfortable and well concealed holster out there

here is a more recent video of my shooting with the crossbreed with my bobtailed commander length 1911. this is the set up i have a picture of in the begining of this thread. the shirt isnt tucked in this video. i have a RAT 3 knife in the small of my back for left hand deployment. (i can still access it with my right hand where its sitting)

Seems like a majority of CCW carriers favor the Crossbreed. What's their slogan? "The ugliest, most comfortable holster you'll ever love." hahaha!

When I first saw it I thought, "how can that big, bulky piece of leather be comfortable?" I'll have to look into that.
I'm not having a glass of wine, I'm having SIX. It's called a tasting and it's classy.

I notice some of you guys wear operator belts. Most of your rigs don't look really heavy, so I'm curious if those belts are much stiffer and help support the weight better in comparison to your normal leather belts? Based on the product descriptions I've been reading, it seems like these belts are more for people who work in the emergency department that much have a need for a 6000lb rated buckle, and not everyday office workers like myself.

Great thread BTW. I'll add to this once my IWB and LC9 arrives.

for me, i just noticed if you can crush the belt with your fingers vertically... it doesnt hold the weight well.

i do wish there was a gun belt that was sturdy, didnt "look like a gun belt", and didnt have to pay over $100 haha

so for now. the cheaper duty belts still look clean and hold the weapon nicely. it really isnt a sacrafice of comfort or anything. it makes it MORE comfortable if you have a sturdy belt

Think most custom holster makers offer basic belts that look like any other dress belt for around $100.

Good to know. Thanks. I ordered a 511 TDU belt to give it a try, without the huge commitment in price for starters.

damn some of you must have big pockets. i get annoyed if i have anything more then wallet, phone, and only single key fob.
