C.T. Brian Colt 1991-A1 Custom Government Model

Sadly, my previous post bizarrely disappeared from the forum, so having to repost without helpful, contributing threads. So, reloading...

C.T. Brian- Build. Below is the rundown of itemized customizations made to this firearm.

Match barrel, Krieger Acc-U-Rail system, Tritium Novak fixed sights, Dovetailed and pinned front sight, lowered and flared ejection port, extended ejector, replaced plastic mainspring housing with Colt metal one, match grade extractor, full length recoil spring guide rod, high sweep beavertail, extended thumb safety, Ultramatch trigger job, Super-well, checkered front straps 30 lines per inch, contoured & checkered mainspring housing 30 lines per inch. Milled flat & Serrated top of slide, French border slide, serrated rear of slide and Master grade blue complete pistol. That's most all of the build sheet. Attached pic of test target shots @ 50 yds.

Built nearly 25 years ago...Here's a true story, at the shooting range...guy shooting next to me says, nice pistol. I say, want to fire it? Sure, he says. Loaded mag and he fires. Target is brought to the station. He made 2 holes with the 7 rounds. The other six were through the same hole! In disbelief, I looked at him and he simply said...I like it. He shot six rounds though the same hole! He then confessed that he was a competitive shooter. Holy S+++! Will never forget that.

Posting for feedback about the desirability and valuation on this beautifully crafted, precision pistol. It's in near pristine condition having less than 70 rounds fired. Cleaned and stored with care. Have all original documents. Thanks.

Thanks Quiet! Thankfully, the posting was still there. A bit of copying and pasting to repost. Lost the history/threads which is unfortunate, but it's okay. Reloading...
