My Ruger lcr 357 jammed on the day I brought it home from the dealer. I dry fired it, using snap caps, and in just two trigger pulls it jammed. I barely got the cylinder open and noticed the extractor rod was loose. I also noticed it was bent. Strange because I check it thoroughly when I purchased it, but then made the mistake of not looking it over when I picked it up after the 10 day waiting period. I called Ruger. They are sending a new rod. Does anyone know what extractor rod tool works/fits best for the LCR? Thanks.
