                      Why do the grip screws stick up past the grips?

                              Reason being is because of the tiny o-rings which are used with G10 grips in order for the screws to "bite" into something. Without the o-rings, G10s often work loose during shooting sessions. I wasn't going to use locktite so I went with the O-rings.
